We are selling a late 19th-century building of 270 square meters with a 120 square meter garden and 10,000 square meters of surrounding land, mostly consisting of a valuable centuries-old Taggiasca olive grove. The post-renovation building will have a surface area of 450,500 square meters. We propose a solution for using the property: converting it into a farm. To this end there may be two options: a) a first option includes the transfer of the property to a company that will carry out an agro-tourism activity; b) a second option involves renting the entire rural land to an economic operator who will carry out the agro-tourism activity. Once a subject operating in the agricultural sector (direct farmer) has been identified, it is possible to access regional funding for the renovation of the property which can reach up to 50% of the cost of the Restructuring. Agricultural activities also benefit from significant tax breaks.
