Art. 24 Legislative Decree 34/2020, exemption from payment of the 2019 IRAP balance, as indicated in the National State Aid Regulation pursuant to art. 52 of Law 234/2012 and exemption from payment of the 2020 IRAP advance payment of €94.00, competent body: MEF.
